洋書 と よし

Yesterday we all piled Mexican style into Sandra's van and went to a mystery destination

She ended up taking us to the botanicals across from Iwo Jima island. Iwo Jima's where this famous pic was taken:

She brought us there just in time to catch this awesome sunset. I kept trying to find a way down to the beach without wading through eight million feet of weeds, and I finally found a place. Never mind it was roped off because "Okinawa has venomous marine life". Don't worry mom, I had my urchin helmet. It was worth the deadly risk!

Crab intersection!

Here ya go Tex-Mex.

Pretty much, I live in a paradise with some of the most incredible beaches that host some of the most incredible sunsets. The light of the Son is what makes everything else so beautiful, ne...

And Okinawan surf is weirdly loud.

Then Sandra took us to this reknowned sushi restaurant to get some eats. Apparently all the celebrities stop by here when they visit the island.

Deji oishii!!! The owner dude, Yoshi, has all the pics of himself with different sumo wrestles, Danny Glover, Tiger Woods...and since we're kind of a big deal on the islands too...

Thankyou Sandra for a way fun day!!

That baby looks like he thinks he's gonna be sushi. He don't like that man. It's funny that he has a statue of Charlie Chaplin on the freezer behind him.
The beauty of Mount Suribachi belies the death that happened there. 28,000 solders in 8 weeks of battle.
Beautiful pictures.
